Clearing a Fault

When the inverter shuts down due to a fault, the inverter is locked out of restarting
until the fault is acknowledged. As long as the cause of the fault still exists, it is not
possible to clear the fault. The fault can only be cleared after the cause has been
eliminated.
TO CLEAR A FAULT
1. Record the information provided on the display screen.
2. Press the ESC button and de-energize the inverter by turning off the DC
disconnect to acknowledge the fault message.
3. Perform a visual inspection for the following:
◦ Check all connections for loose or disconnected wires
◦ Check all fuses for a blown or loose fuse
◦ Hardware issues
 Important
4. Correct the fault condition.
5. Turn the inverter on.
