OBSERVER 4100 USER GUIDE
Acceleration
The Acceleration menu controls the thresholds of
the Observer 4100's accelerometers that trigger
an overshock (SHK) event. 3 Axis (SV-4CSDIS)
and 6 Axis (41-6AXIS-ACC) accelerometers are
available.
Use the remote control to configure the following
options:
EN: Select ON to enable the SHK event. Select
OFF to disable it.
THRESHOLD: Use the number keys on the
remote control to enter the amount of force (in
Gs) for each axis (X, Y, and Z) at which the event is
triggered.
ALARM: Select ON to enable the ALM LED on the
front of the Observer 4100 when the THRESHOLD
force is reached and an event is triggered. This
LED continues to flash after an event is triggered
until the configuration menus are accessed.
LOCK: Select ON to lock the video of the event
recorded when the THRESHOLD force is reached
(not allowing it to be overwritten).
