    OBSERVER ™ 4816 HVR HARDWARE USER GUIDE Overview The Observer 4816 NVR is a powerful all IP solution that records up to 16 digital IP cameras for premium quality images in full HD resolution. Utilizing the latest H.265 video compression technology for smaller file sizes, the Observer 4816 NVR can store even more HD video and significantly lower bandwidth costs when wirelessly offloading recorded footage.

    OBSERVER ™ 4816 HVR HARDWARE USER GUIDE Installation Security Cover After connecting all needed cables to the rear of the NVR as shown in the wiring diagram (see page 5), snap the security cover into place and secure it using the included security Torx screws. Flat Mount Secure the NVR to the surface with four (4) #10 machine screws with nyloc nuts, self-tapping screws, or rivets.
