WiFi
The WiFi menu controls settings of the wireless
access point the Observer 4100 communicates
with.
Select ON in the WIFI ENABLE field and use the
number keys on the remote control to enter the
following:
GET IP TYPE: Select STATIC IP for WiFi networks
requiring a static IP address. Select AUTO IP for
DHCP-enabled WiFi networks.
IP: Static IP address of the access point.
SUB: Subnet mask of the access point.
GATE: Default gateway of the access point.
ESSID: AP of the server to which the Observer
4100 is connecting.
PASSWORD ENABLE: Select ON if security is
enabled for this access point to display the
PASSWORD field.
PASSWORD: Use the remote control to enter a
numeric password up to 63 characters.
