thumbscrew is fully engaged
or the slider is pushed up and
the ejectors are fully engaged.

on.
Ensure blade is firmly seated
and check the status with the
slotShow command. If the
LED remains amber, contact
IBM.
Pull blade out and reseat it. If
the LED continues to flash,
replace the blade.
