Procedure after replacing the reader unit.
After replacing the reader unit, go through the following procedure.
1) [Procedure after replacing the copyboard glass] (Refer to page 5-2)
2) [Procedure after replacing the reader scanner unit] (Refer to page 5-2)
3) [Procedure after replacing the ADF unitl] (Refer to page 5-2)
After replacing the reader unit, if the registration position is displaced, go through the
following adjustment.
1) Enter the service mode.

1) Removing the Left Cover.(Refer to page 4-19)
2) Removing the Controller Cover.(Refer to page 4-55)
3) Removing the Left Rear Cover.(Refer to page 4-22)
4) Removing the ADF Unit + Reader Unit.(Refer to page 4-33)

Procedure

1) Remove the Reader Unit Lower Cover [1].
