CRANKSHAFT, PISTON AND CYLINDER BODY
(4)Install the connecting rod cap onto the
crankshaft.
(5)Tighten the connecting rod mounting
bolt.
NOTE:
Apply engine oil onto the thread and seat


of the connecting rod mounting bolt.
Tighten the connecting rod mounting bolt


in two steps of torque.
Connecting rod mounting bolt:
1st: 6 N
2nd: 11 N
(6)Loosen the connecting rod mounting
bolt and remove the connecting rod
and cap.
(7)Measure the width of compressed
Plastigauge® on crank pin journal.
