Wheel lock release cable

Removal
For this task the following tools are necessary:
• 1 Allen key 3 mm.
• 1 Block spanner 8 mm.
1.
Raise the seat to the highest position. If the chassis is
equipped with fixed seat post, see Seat height —
Fixed seat post, Page 96. If the seat lift does not work
normally because the batteries are discharged or the
actuator is defective, the seat can be raised/lowered
manually, see Manual operation of Electric Seat lift,
Page 41.
2. Switch off the main power switch on the control
panel.
3. Remove the seat lift cover, chassis cover and the
right front fender, see Covers, Page 14.

Lift up and chock up the wheelchair chassis so that
the right drive wheel is free of the ground.
5. Remove the right drive wheel, see Drive wheels,
Page 18.
6. Remove the wheel lock release mechanism. It is at-
tached with two screws; see fig. 31.
