INSPECTION AND REPAIR
2. Check :
• Free movement
Insert the collar W into the primary sliding sheave
Q, and check for free movement.
Stick or excessive play © Replace the sheave
and/or collar.

• Outside diameter Q (weight)
Out of specification © Replace.

SECONDARY SHEAVE

1. Inspect :
• Secondary fixed sheave Q
• Secondary sliding sheave W
Scratch/Crack/Damage © Replace as a set.
• Oil seal E
Damage © Replace.

2. Inspect :
• Torque cam groove Q
• Guide pin W
Wear/Damage © Replace as a set.
• O-rings E
Damage © Replace.

3. Measure :
• Clutch spring free length
Out of specification © Replace.
