ENGINE DISASSEMBLY

PRIMARY SHEAVE

1. Remove :
• Oil pump housing
2. Remove :
• Nut (primary sheave)
NOTE:
To loosen the primary sheave nut hold the CDI
magneto with a flywheel holder W.
Flywheel holder :
3. Remove :
• Washer Q
• Ratchet W
• Special washer E
• Fixed primary sheave R
• Washer T
• V-belt

4. Remove :
• Spacer Q
• Primary sliding sheave W

SECONDARY SHEAVE

1. Remove :
• Nut Q (secondary sheave)
NOTE:
Hold the secondary sheave with a sheave holder
W to loosen the nut.
