�ll serial ports on the unit support the option for Te�t �n �mage.
For serial transmission ensure one of the serial ports is configured
appropriately, refer to System Settings:-Serial Ports'. Select the
configured port from the drop down list.
Select the te�t filter option from the drop down list. The options
are: �lain Te�t (default), R��, ��SON, �aserjet, D� �OS
Receipt, DM P�S Journal, TVC-1066
This identifies the length of the lines that will be stored with the
image. The default setting is 20 characters i.e. typically
full screen.
To enable the te�t information to be �iewed successfully, it is
necessary to establish how many lines of te�t will be �isible
on screen.

This enables or disables the �eyword feature, allowing the unit to
treat certain pre-programmed words recei�ed �ia the te�t stream
as e�ent triggers. Refer to 'Keywords' for guidance on creating
Keyword triggers.
This time period allows multiple instances of a word recei�ed
within a period of time to be treated as a single e�ent (i.e. if a
configured �eyword is detected again within the first �eyword's
pulse e�tension period, the second (and following) occurrences of
the word will be ignored).
