• Keep the camera lens clean.
Otherwise, system perfor-
mance may be affected.
Make sure the camera lens is
not covered by mud, dirt,
snow, ice or slush.
Clean the lens with water and
wipe it with a soft cloth.
• If the back of the vehicle is
damaged, the camera may be
affected.
The position and mounting
angle of the camera may have
changed.
Take the vehicle to the dealer
as soon as possible to have the
system checked.
• Normal operation may be lim-
ited under extremely high or
low temperatures.
In more severe weather condi-
tions, the image may be
unclear and unusable.
If you are still experiencing difficul-
ty with your system and have read
the information in this guide, see
your dealer for assistance.
If the video signal is not available
when the vehicle is in R (Reverse),
the display in the rearview mirror
will turn off or not appear.
Section 1
The video display will be blank and
the left indicator light will slowly
flash as long as the vehicle is in R
(Reverse) or until the condition
returns to normal.
If the left indicator light is flashing,
press and hold the
button
(located on the inside rearview
mirror) to turn off the video
display and the left indicator light.
