If an electric component does not work or works
irregularly, or if the motorcycle fails to start, it is
necessary to check the fuse (1).

To check the fuse:
Turn the ignition switch (2) in the " " (OFF) position.
Remove the rider saddle (REMOVING THE RIDER
SADDLE).
Remove the fuse (1) and inspect the filament (2).
If it is open, the fuse must be replaced.
Replace the blown fuse with the spare fuse (3), or with
a new fuse having the same amperage rating.
NOTE
If you use the spare fuse (3), replace it as
soon as convenient.
FUSE CIRCUIT
A 7.5 amp fuse protects
all of the electrical loads except the lighting circuit,
which is fed with alternating current directly from the
alternator.
