Front and Main Gear Doors
The mounts for the nose gear door rams
are installed for you at the factory. Bolt
the 2 rams to the
mounts with M3 x 25 allen bolts with
lock nuts. You might find the mounting
holes in the rams are slightly large. If
this is the case you can sleeve the bolt
with a piece of scrap fuel tubing to take
up the slack. Fit the supplied plastic ball
links to each ram and attach to the pre
drilled holes in the
gear door hinges with M2 x 10mm
screws and nuts. Apply a little Loctite to
secure the nuts. The

adjusted simply by screwing /
unscrewing the ball link to achieve the
