Step 16, but this time on the right side of the machine using:

One (M10 x 70 Hex Bolt)
Two (1/2" Step Spacers)
One (M10 Locknut)
(Wrench Tighten Now)
Pulleys #5 and #6
Pulleys #8 and #9
Pulley #11
