Interface

J10 Parallel Interface
• Engine Interface (Card Edge Connector)
This is the PCI bus connector of the printer board to the copier.
• Program ROM SIMM Interface (J8)
This is the connector of the Program ROM SIMM memory that stores operating programs.
• Print Server Card Interface (J2)
This is the connector of Print Server Card, AR-NC4T, for LAN connection.
The printer can be used as a network printer connecting LAN with the Print Server Card.
• Parallel Interface (J10)
This is the connector of the Centronics interface cable for local (parallel) connection in conformity to IEEE-1284.
• SDRAM DIMM Interface (J9)
This is the connector of the optional printer memory, AR-SM3.
The capacity of the printing performance is increased by adding the optional printer memory and printing will become even
more efficient.
• Serial Interface (J12)
This connector is only used for factory.
