How to start the diagnostic test
: SW On
: SW Off
(1) Single Test Mode
SW1 SW2 SW3 SW4 SW1 SW2 SW3 SW4
(2) Loop Test Mode
SW1 SW2 SW3 SW4 SW1 SW2 SW3 SW4
: All tests described below start.
Turn SW2 ON to turn the power ON.
While SW2 is turned ON, switch other SW(s) to an appropriate position.
: Printer ASIC, EEPROM, PCI I/F Controller, and RECTOR Test
: SD-RAM Test
: Program ROM SIMM Test
: DIMM Test
: IEEE1284 Test
: Print Server Card Test
When turning off SW2, the diagnostic test starts. (The diagnostic test is carried out once.)
: All tests described below start.
Turn SW3 ON to turn the power ON.
While SW3 is turned ON, switch other SW(s) to an appropriate position.
: Printer ASIC, EEPROM, PCI I/F Controller, and RECTOR Loop Test
: SDRAM Loop Test
: Program ROM SIMM Loop Test
: DIMM Loop Test
: IEEE1284 Loop Test
: Print Server Card Loop Test
When turning off D3, the diagnostic test start. (The diagnostic test is performed repeatedly.)
