Causes
The printer power is turned OFF.
The cables are not connected properly.
The cable is inappropriate.
Network is Off-Line.

The network setting in WebPage is incorrect.
The network setting in computers is incorrect.
The network setting in AppleTalk is incorrect.
IP Address for the printer is incorrect.
Wrong URL.
Setting for proxy is wrong.
Network cables are not connected properly to the
printer or computers.
Printer resetting has been performed.
Wrong network settings for the computer.
IP Address is not assigned to the printer.
IP Address assigned to the printer is inappropriate.
Printing can be performed in TCP/IP printing
(LPR printing).
There is not enough free space in HDD.
An appointed driver is already installed for the
printer.
This is not checked with [Use NetWare] at the NetWare
SETUP in Network SETUP in WebPage.
Turn ON the printer power.
Connect the printer cable and the network cable
properly.
Use the appropriate cable. Change the cable
if the cable is considered to be broken.
Change to On-Line on control panel.
Add paper.
Confirm the error type and follow the solution.
Set the network setting in WebPage correctly.
Set the network setting in computers correctly.
Set the network setting in AppleTalk correctly.
Assign the IP Address for the printer correctly.
Enter the correct URL.
Confirm the network settings for the WWW browser
are correct.
Confirm the network cables connected correctly.
Wait for the printer reset is completed.
Set the network settings properly.
Assign the IP Address on control panel.
Confirm the IP Address has been assigned wrong
or same as one that has already been used.
If so, change to an appropriate address.
Banner printing is available only for LPR printing
in TCP/IP of Windows NT.
Create some more free space in the HDD and try
installation again.
A driver is already installed for the printer. If you
would like to update the driver to the latest version,
install a new one after deleting the existing driver.
Check with [Use NetWare] at the NetWare
SETUP in Network SETUP in WebPage.
