Your calls are forwarded to another extension if your extension is busy or you do not answer
the call in a pre-determined time.

4. Dial the extension number to which you wish to forward the call.
• You hear a confirmation tone and then a dial tone.
• The display shows:
• The FWD/DND indicator light flashes red slowly.
5. Hang up or press the SP-PHONE/MONITOR button.
1. Lift the handset or press the SP-PHONE button.
2. Press the FWD/DND button.
3. Press the NEXT (S3) button.
