When the message auto-copy feature is available, you can automatically send a copy of a new voice
messages to another mailbox. Your system manager can tell you whether this feature is available.

To auto copy messages to another extension

Sign in to the Mailbox Manager.
Click the Transfer|Screening tab.

Select Message Auto Copy to and then:

• Type the extension number where messages are copied, or
• Click Search to search for and select an extension. See
page 15
Click Save.
