• Keep new messages in voice mail system. The messaging system keeps a
copy of the fax and announces it as a new message when you check fax messages after
forwarding it to the e-mail system.
This option is only available if Forward faxes to the e-mail system is selected.
Select Receive e-mail notification of new messages if you want to receive

notification of a new voice message or fax, but do not want the voice message or fax forwarded to
your e-mail inbox.
This option is not available when you select Forward voice mail to the e-mail system
or Forward faxes to the e-mail system.
Optionally, select Set saved e-mail password to change the password used to retrieve voice

messages through e-mail.
