On the Groups:< Group Name> page, you can do any of the following:
• Type a new Name.
NOTE
When searching for group names, the digit 1 is used as a wild card.
Minimize the use of the digit (wild card) since it can result in increased
search times and use additional messaging system resources.
After pressing the first few letters of a group name, pressing
reduce the amount of time the system takes to return group names.
• Select or clear Enable dispatch messaging.
NOTE
When you have a private group that is a closed message group, you
can only change the message group name.
When selected the first group member to listen to a message sent to the group can listen to the
message. The message is deleted automatically after it is listened to. If this is not selected,
messages are set as Broadcast messages, which are heard by the entire group.
• Click Record Group Name to recording of the group name.
Click Save.
