To find out who has not received a group message

Call the messaging system and log on.

Press to leave a message.

Use the phone keys to spell the group member's name.
NOTE
When searching for group names, the digit 1 is used as a wild card. Minimize
the use of the digit (wild card) since it can result in increased search times
and use additional messaging system resources.
After pressing the first few letters of a group name, pressing
amount of time the system takes to return group names.
The system lists the names that meet criteria you specified.
