Destination Click DestAdd to add a new address, DestEdit to edit an existing one or DestDelete
Address to delete one. Please see the following section on adding and editing destination
addresses.
Available/ Please see Table 12-7 for more information on services available. Highlight a service
Selected from the Available Services box on the left, then click >> to add it to the Selected
Services Services box on the right. To remove a service, highlight it in the Selected Services
box on the right, then click <<.
Custom Port
Add Click this button to bring up the screen that you use to configure a new custom service
that is not in the predefined list of services.
Select a custom service (denoted by an "*") from the Available Services list and click
Edit
this button to edit the service.
Select a custom service (denoted by an "*") from the Available Services list and click
Delete
this button to remove the service.
Action for Use the drop down list box to select whether to discard (Block) or allow the passage of
Matched (Forward) packets that match this rule.
Packets
Log This field determines if a log is created for packets that match the rule (Match), don't
match the rule (Not Match), both (Both) or no log is created (None). Go to the Log
Settings page and select the Access Control logs category to have the ZyWALL
record these logs.
Alert Check the Alert check box to determine that this rule generates an alert when the rule
is matched.
Apply Select this check box to have the ZyWALL apply bandwidth management to traffic that
Bandwidth matches this firewall rule. Bandwidth for traffic that matches this firewall rule is limited
Management to the amount that you configure in the Bandwidth for This Rule field. The ZyWALL
gives traffic that matches this firewall rule priority over traffic that does not match a
firewall rule with bandwidth management.
To have the ZyWALL apply bandwidth management, you must also enable bandwidth
management in the BM Global Setting screen.
