2-6 General Description
Number of Required Power Units
The number of power units to be installed depends on the total power consumption for the devices
connected to each DC output port. See the table below.
IMPORTANT:
Install the power units of same model. If the power units of different
model are installed, the system will fail to operate correctly.
Install the sufficient number of power units according to the table
shown below. Insufficient power supply may cause stoppage of the
EcoPowerGateway and other devices connected with the
EcoPowerGateway.
Use the dedicated DC cable K410-213 for connection with DC
output port. Before connection, make sure that the DC output switch
is turned off.
When DC output switch is turned on, the electric power of high
current flows. Never touch the K410-213 DC cable while the power
is being supplied.
The DC output port of EcoPowerGateway does not support the hot-
swap mode. Be sure to turn off the relevant DC output switch before
disconnecting the DC output port.
