Open the left access door, and remove the
fuser. Check the redrive bubble sensor flag for
damage.
Is the redrive bubble sensor flag
damaged?

Turn the printer off, and open the system
board shield. Check the cable in connector
JRDR1 for proper connection to the system
card.
Is the cable properly connected?

Replace the paper path redrive assembly.

Yes
Replace the paper path
