PDT 7200 Series Product Reference Guide

Parts of the Terminal

The following illustration displays the basic parts of the PDT 7200 terminal. A brief
description of each part follows.
Beeper/Speaker
Scanner
Window
Dual Position Trigger
Beeper/Speaker - allows you to play back pre-recorded voice data; beeps.
Scanner Window - shields the scan engine mechanism.
Display - 240 X 320 pixel display with Touchscreen for virtual keypad usage.
Dual Position Trigger - displays the virtual keypad, activates the scan function and
performs other user-defined functions.
Status LEDs - Scan/decode, battery voltage/charge, and RF communications
indicators.
Battery latch - secures the battery.
Microphone - allows recording of voice data.
Control Panels: allows you to control the terminal's:

Backlight.
