Terminal Configuration: Setup

Selecting the Advanced option on the PDT 7200 Setup Screen displays the Advanced
Setup screen.

This screen allows you to set the reset time, which is the period of time in seconds that the
power icon must be pressed to cold boot the terminal; the boot sequence, which defines
the order in which the system should boot, and the allowable CPU speed. To change the
reset time, tap in the Reset Time field, and use the up and down arrow buttons to change
the value. The Boot Sequence and CPU Speed fields each have pull-down menus to select
from. When you tap on the field, the pull-down menu displays. When the desired values are
displayed in all the fields, tap OK. Tap CANCEL to return to the PDT 7200 Setup screen
without saving changes made to this screen.
Note: The boot sequence is ignored unless the compact flash is present.
If compact flash is present, and removable/fixed is selected, then the
