- Rimuovere l'anello di fermo utilizzando un cacciavite a lama piatta.
- Estrarre il tubo interno da quello esterno.
Nota: per facilitare l'operazione, far scorrere i tubi velocemente (ma con
cura) avanti e indietro più volte, fino a separarli.
- Rimuovere gli anelli di tenuta e quelli metallici montati sul tubo interno.
Non riutilizzare le parti metalliche smontate.
Sostituirle con delle nuove.
Sostituire gli anelli di tenuta danneggiati.
La rosetta e l'anello di fermo possono essere riutizzati, se non danneggiati.
- Controllare che l'astina interna non presenti distorsioni o danni.
Se necessario, sostituirla.
- Controllare l'assieme valvola di fondo.
Sostituire gli anelli OR danneggiati.
Sostituire il gruppo completo (Non riutizzarlo).
- Remove the retaining ring using a flat head screwdriver.
- Pull the inner tube until separating it from the outer tube.
Note: to facilitate removal, quickly (but carefully) pump the tubes back and
forth until separating them.
- Remove the sealing rings and the metal rings mounted on the inner tube.
Do not reuse any metal parts after removal.
Replace them with new components.
Replace damaged sealing rings.
Controllare che i gruppi riportati sulla figura non presentino rotture o siano danneggiati.
Washer and retaining ring may be reused if they are not damaged.
In caso contrario, effettuare la sostituzione.
- Check the rebound adjuster rod for distortion or damage.
A. PERNI FISSAGGIO MOTORE
Replace as required.
B. PERNI FISSAGGIO TELAIO POSTERIORE
- Loosen and remove the bottom valve assembly.
C. RULLO GUIDACATENA-CUSCINETTO
Replace damaged O-rings.
D. APPOGGIAPIEDI-PERNI-MOLLE
Replace the complete assembly (do not reuse it).
E. CAVALLETTO LATERALE- MOLLE
Check the assemblies shown on the picture for wear or failure.
- Retirer la bague d'arrêt avec un tournevis plat. If worn or breaked, replace them.
- Extraire le tube interne du tube externe.
A. ENGINE FASTENING BOLTS
Remarque : pour faciliter l'opération, faire coulisser rapidement les tubes

(mais avec soin) plusieurs fois en avant et en arrière, jusqu'à ce qu'ils se

- Retirer les bagues d'étanchéité et les rondelles métalliques montées sur le

Ne pas réutiliser les parties métalliques démontées. Contrôler que les groupes reportés sur l'illustration ne présentent pas de ruptures ou ils soient endommagés.
En cas contraire, effectuer la substitution.
Les remplacer par des pièces neuves.
Remplacer les bagues d'étanchéité endommagées.
A. PIVOTS DE FIXATION MOTEUR
La rondelle crénelée et la bague d'arrêt peuvent être réutilisées si elles sont
B. PIVOTS DE FIXATION CADRE ARRIÈRE
en bon état.
C. ROULEAU TENDEUR DE CHAINE-ROULEMENT
- Contrôler si la tige interne n'est pas tordue ou endommagée.
D. REPOSE PIED- PIVOTS -RESSORTS
Si nécessaire, la remplacer.
E. BEQUILLE LATERALE- RESSORTS
- Contrôler le groupe soupape de fond.
Kontrollieren, daß die auf die Figur dargestellten Gruppen keine Brechen vorstellen oder wird geschadet.
Remplacer les joints toriques endommagés.
Andernfalls, den Ersatz vornehmen.
Remplacer le groupe complet (ne pas le réutiliser).
