Spinotto.
Deve essere perfettamente levigato, senza rigature, scanalini o colorazioni bluastre dovute a sur-
riscaldamento. Verificare l'accoppiamento spinotto-pistone; a nuovo è il seguente:
250: 0,011÷0,018 mm (0.000433÷0.000709 in.)
300: 0,008÷0,014 mm (0.000315÷0.000551 in.)
Limite di usura 0,040 mm(0.00157 in.) mm. Sostituendo lo spinotto è necessario sostituire anche
la gabbia a rullini (in accordo con le selezioni riportate a pag. G. 12).
Piston pin.
It must be perfctly smooth, without any scores, steps or blueings due to overheating. Check the pin-
piston coupling. When new, the coupling is as follows:
250: 0,011÷0,018 mm (0.000433÷0.000709 in.)
300: 0,008÷0,014 mm (0.000315÷0.000551 in.)
Wear limit 0,040 mm(0.00157 in.) Renewing the piston pin it is necessary to replace also the rol-
ler cage (in accordance with the selections laid out on page G.12).
Goujon.
Doit être parfaitement poli, sans rayures, escaliers ou colorations blueatre dues à surchauffage.
Contrôler l'accouplement axe-piston; quand nouveau, il doit être comme suit:
250: 0,011÷0,018 mm (0.000433÷0.000709 in.)
300: 0,008÷0,014 mm (0.000315÷0.000551 in.)
Limite d'usure 0,040 mm(0.00157 in.) En remplaçant le gouijon est nécessaire aussi de rempla-
cer la cage à rouleaux (conformément aux sélections indiquées à la page G. 12).
Kolbenbolzen.
Er muss einwandfrei glatt, ohne Riefen, ohne Vorprünge oder durch Ueberhitzen verursachte bläu-
liche Verfärbungen sein.
-Stinraderpart
Die Passung Bolzen - Kolben überprüfen. Neu ist diese die folgende :
250: 0,011÷0,018 mm (0.000433÷0.000709 in.)
300: 0,008÷0,014 mm (0.000315÷0.000551 in.)
Abnutzungsgrenze 0,040 mm(0.00157 in.) Beim Ersetzen des Kolbenbolzens muss auch der
Rollenkäfig ausgetauscht werden (In Übereinstimmung mit der Zusammenstellung, die auf Seite G.
12 aufgefuhrt).
Bulón.
Debe ser perfectamente pulido, sin rayaduras, ranuras o coloraciones azuladas debido al sobre-
calentamiento.
Verificar el acoplamiento cruceta-pistón; originalmente es el siguiente:
250: 0,011÷0,018 mm (0.000433÷0.000709 in.)
300: 0,008÷0,014 mm (0.000315÷0.000551 in.)
Limite de desgaste 0,040 mm(0.00157 in.) Si se sustituye el bulon es necesario sustituir tambien
la jaula de rodillos (de acuerdo con las selecciones de la pag. G. 12).
