Description
Sets the number of retries.
Sets the retry interval (msec).
Sets the exposure time step (msec).
Sets the increment count for the
brightness (shutter speed) step.
Sets the decrement count for the
brightness (shutter speed) step.
Description
Sets whether to record the number of
measurements and the number of NG
overall judgements.
Sets the parameter to log measurement
image data.
Sets the parameter to log measurement
data from inspection items.
You can select the parameters to log
from the parameters in the filter items,
position compensation items, inspection
items and expression that are set.
Resets the log data without turning OFF
