Defining paper trays for folio sizes
If your organization uses folio paper, the key operator must indicate whether
'Folio' (330 x 210 mm) or 'Foolscap folio' (330 x 203 mm) is being used. As
these paper sizes are almost the same, the Océ 31x5E is not able to determine
the difference. 'Folio' is the default selection. If you are using 'Foolscap folio'
instead, the key operator must change this setting.
Specifying the folio type
Access the key operator system (see page 14).

Open the 'Machine' section and select 'Error information'.

Press the 'Folio type' function button and select 'Folio' or 'Foolscap Folio'.

When ready, exit the key operator system.
