One of the great things about owning a BlackBerry is that you immediately become a
part of a large, worldwide community of BlackBerry owners.
Many BlackBerry owners could easily be classified as enthusiasts and are part of a
number of BlackBerry user groups. These user groups, along with various forums and
web sites, serve as a great resource for BlackBerry users.
Many of these resources are available right from your BlackBerry, and others are
websites that you might want to visit on your computer.
Sometimes, you may just want to connect with other BlackBerry enthusiasts, ask a
technical question, or keep up with the latest and greatest rumors, apps, and
accessories. This chapter gives you some great resources for doing so.

Visiting the BlackBerry Technical Solution Center

Go to the BlackBerry Technical Solution Center (see Figure 36-1) for help with anything
to do with your BlackBerry:
1. Do a web search for ''BlackBerry Technical Knowledge Base.'' One of
the top links will usually get you to this page on www.blackberry.com.
You may also be able to get directly to the Technical Solution Center by
typing in the web address www.blackberry.com/btsc/.
2. Just type your question in as few words as possible in the Search box
in the middle of the screen.
