Filing a Message in a Folder

Make sure that Wireless Synchronization is turned on (as described in the ''Email
Reconciliation'' section above). This is necessary in order to file messages.
1. Click on the Messages icon from your Home screen.
2. Highlight the message you want to file.
3. Press the Menu key and select File
4. Choose the folder you want to use to store the message.

Changing Folder Names or Adding Folders

To do this, you must be using your BlackBerry and a BlackBerry Enterprise Server with
Wireless Synchronization. If you are unsure whether you are using Wireless
Synchronization, most likely you are not using it.
On the desktop (or notebook) computer you use to sync your BlackBerry, simply change
or add a folder to the email client you use to sync the BlackBerry.
Changes you make on the desktop or notebook will be reflected in the folders available
on the BlackBerry.
