done, just press the trackpad and click Send. That's all there is to it.
Add a Two-Letter Nickname for Popular Contacts
Martin has set up the nickname ''pp'' as part of his own contact entry in the Nickname field.
This lets him almost instantly call up his name whenever he wants to look up some information
(such as his company's DUNS number or his tax ID in his contact notes) or add himself as a
quick carbon copy on an email, or even when he wants to quickly email himself a note or
reminder. How do you do this?
Step 1: Just edit any contact and add a two-letter nickname to the Nickname: field:
Step 2: Whenever you type these two letters (e.g. ''pp'') in the email address field, this person
instantly appears:
