5. Use the drop-down list at the top or one of the icons to the left to locate
your backup file to restore from. Notice the format of the file name
Backup-(2010-03-12).ipd is in YEAR-MONTH-DATE format so you can
easily see the date of your backup.
6. Once you have located the file to use to restore data to your BlackBerry,
click the Open button.
7. Next, you will see a list of details of the information contained in the file
you just opened. This allows you to confirm you want to use this restore
file. Scroll down to see things such as total number of Contacts
(Address Book) and Calendar entries; make sure they seem
reasonable.
8. Click Yes to start the restore process (see Figure 2-40).
