Once your full backup is completed, click the Advanced button from the Backup
and Restore screen shown in Figure 2-22.

3. Now, you will be on the screen shown in Figure 2-22. Locate the
problem database in the right-hand window (BlackBerry) and click the
Clear button at the bottom. In Figure 2-23, we are getting ready to clear
out the Address Book and Address Book -- - All from the BlackBerry
(press the Ctrl key to click on and select more than one.)
4. Both are selected in the right-hand window Device Databases, then we
click the Clear button.
