To prioritize your networks, just do the following:
1. Follow the steps in the previous section to get into your Wi-Fi settings.
2. Scroll down to Saved Wi-Fi Profiles at the bottom of the screen, and
highlight the top network.
3. Press the Menu key, and select Move.
4. The blue highlighted network becomes grey. Just scroll with the
trackpad, and move the network into the position you desire.
5. Click the trackpad again to complete the move.

Using Wi-Fi Diagnostics

At times, your Wi-Fi connection may not seem to work for you. Thankfully, your
BlackBerry has a very powerful diagnostics program built in to help you in those
instances.
1. To launch the Wi-Fi Diagnostics,
follow the steps in the previous
section to get into your Wi-Fi settings,
and again scroll to Saved Wi-Fi
Profiles. This time, select the
troublesome network.
2. Push the Menu button, click Wi-Fi
Tools and then Wi-Fi Diagnostics.
3. The available wireless networks and
detailed connection information will
now be displayed. If you are an
advanced user with experience in
wireless networking, click the
Trackpad for access point details.
4. After the diagnosis, you can press the
Menu key, and select Email Report
to copy the details into an email and
send it to your help desk for
assistance.
