1. First, glide the trackpad to select the
email from which you want to copy
and open it.
2. Then, highlight the text by moving
the cursor to the beginning or end of
the section you want to highlight.
3. Next, press the Shift key to start
selecting text to copy. You can also
press the Menu key and press
Select.
4. Then all you do is glide the trackpad
to move the cursor to the end (or
beginning) of the section you want to
highlight.
The text that you just highlighted will
turn blue.
5. Press the trackpad and select Copy.
6. Press the Red Phone key to jump
back to your Home screen and leave
this email open in the background.
7. Schedule a new appointment by
clicking the trackpad in day view.
8. Move the cursor to the field where
you want to insert the text from the
clipboard. Then click the trackpad or
press the Menu key and select
Paste.
Glide to and click on the
Calendar icon to open it.
