To un-hide an icon, follow these steps.
1. From your Home screen, press the Menu key until the menu appears.
2. Select Show All.
3. Highlight the grayed out (hidden) icon.
4. Press the Menu key
5. Select Hide to turn off the checkmark next to it.
6. This will make your icon visible again.
7. To get rid of other grayed out (hidden) icons, press the Menu key again
and select Show All.

Setting Your Top Icons on Your First Home Screen

Many BlackBerry Themes show only a
limited set of your top icons on your First
Home screen (see the image to the right).
When you press the Menu key you see the
Second Home screen with the rest of
icons.
To make your BlackBerry faster to use,
you want to move those icons that you use
most often to this First Home screen.
In order to move your icons to the First Home screen, you need to move them up to the
top row of icons on the Second Home screen. In this example, let's move the Word to
Go icon (see image below) into one of the top spots.
1. Press the Menu key to see your
Second Home screen with all the
icons.
2. Highlight the icon for Word to Go
as shown.
3. Press the Menu key and select
Move.
4. Move it up into one of the top six
spots with the trackpad.
