4.2.9 CHUTE ASSY IN

4.2.9.1 CHUTE ASSY IN (PL6.1.1) Removal
1. Remove the FUSER ASSY. (See Section 4.2.12.1.)
2. Remove the BTR ASSY. (See Section 4.2.12.2.)
3. Remove the COVER ASSY TOP MAIN. (See Section 4.2.4.4.)
4. Remove the COVER ASSY FRONT HEAD. (See Section 4.2.4.2.)
5. Remove the COVER MSI. (See Section 4.2.4.11.)
6. Remove the TRAY ASSY MSI. (See Section 4.2.4.12.)
7. Remove the COVER ASSY FRONT IN. (See Section 4.2.4.13.)
8. Remove the COVER ASSY FRONT. (See Section 4.2.4.10.)
9. Remove the COVER SIDE L. (See Section 4.2.4.14.)
10. Remove the COVER SIDE R. (See Section 4.2.4.9.)
11. Remove the CHUTE ASSY OUT. (See Section 4.2.10.1.)
Before performing the following step, lock the printer body
C A U T I O N
with latch A in order to prevent the CHUTE ASSY IN from
falling.
12. Disconnect the connector (P/J5030) and the connector (P/J5020) on the
HVPS SUB (PL12.1.9) from the printer body left side.
13. Disconnect the connector (P/J141), connector (P/J1361) and connector (P/
J138) from the connector bracket of the printer body left side.
14. Free the connector harness that was removed by the instructions above
from the lower part of the HSG ASSY BIAS (PL11.1.4) of the printer body
left side.
15. Disconnect the connector (P/J52) on the HWB DRIVE (PL15.1.15) from the
printer body right side.
16. Disconnect the connector (P/J162) on the LVPS (PL15.1.10) from the
printer body right side.
