8.2 Main Controller

The AcuLaser C3000 is a host-based printer that all printing jobs are
processed within the printer driver to generate the actual print image,
and the printer is performing the printing by receiving the print image
data (video image data). Therefore, the functions of main controller on
the printer is very limited compared with the AcuLaser C4000 and
C4100.

8.2.1 Major Components

The main controller; C569MAIN BOARD for C3000 consists of the
components listed in the table below.
