Initial setting
Do the following checks show a problem?

• BTR Assy (PL9.1.2) installation
• Sensor TNR Full (PL6.1.13) installation
BTR Assy (PL9.1.2)
1. Replace the BTR Assy. (Refer to Ch4-4.2.12.2)

2. Turn On the power.
Does the error still occur even when the new BTR Assy is installed?
Sensor TNR Full (PL6.1.13) check
3 Use the Sensor TNR Full diagnosis tool to carry out a Digital Input Test.
Is the Sensor TNR Full functioning normally?
Sensor TNR Full (PL6.1.13) signal check
1. Disconnect the BTR Assy. (Refer to Ch4-4.2.12.2)
2. Measure the following voltage the relay connector between the Harness Assy TFLSNS

and the Harness Assy EEPROM (PL15.2.10).
P/J141-2 <=> P/J141-1
Is there 0V DC between P/J141-2 <=> P/J141-1?
Power supply to Sensor TNR Full (PL6.1.13)
Measure the following voltage at the relay connector between the Harness Assy TFLSNS
and the Harness Assy EEPROM (PL15.2.10).

P/J141-3 <=> P/J141-1
Is there +5V DC between P/J141-3 <=> P/J141-1?
Harness Assy TFLSNS (PL6.1.14) continuity check
1. Disconnect the P/J142 connector from the Sensor TNR Full.
2. Disconnect the P/J141 relay connector between the Harness Assy TFLSNS and the
Harness Assy EEPROM (PL15.2.10).
3. Check the continuity for the following lines.

J142-1 <=> J141-3
J142-2 <=> J141-2
J142-3 <=> J141-1
Is the continuity between J142 <=> J141 normal?
Troubleshooting

Yes
Reinstall applicable parts. Go to step 2.
• With the tool: Go to step 3.
End of procedure
• Without the tool: Go to step 4.
Go to step 7. Go to step 4.

Replace the Harness Assy
Go to step 6.
EEPROM (PL15.2.10).
Replace the Sensor TNR Full. Replace the Harness Assy
(Refer to Ch4-4.2.9.3) TFLSNS (PL6.1.14).
