Specifying Two or More Destinations

If you want to send the same original to a number of destinations, you can specify the
destinations at the same time.
NOTE
Sending a document to a number of destinations at the same time is called 'Sequential Broadcast
Sending.'

Various Dialing Methods
NOTE
If you enter a wrong Coded Speed Dialing number, press
Dialing" once again. Then enter the correct number.
If you do not know the Coded Speed Dialing number under which the other party's telephone
number is stored, you can search for the other party using the telephone directory. (See
'Specifying a Destination Using the Directory (Address Book),' on p. 2-21.)
If you want to send the same original simultaneously to another destination as well, press
"Next," and specify the next destination by One-touch Speed Dialing, Coded Speed Dialing, or
Number Key Dialing.
Send the document in the usual way.

Place your originals.
For instructions explaining how to set the original, see 'Sending an Original,' on p. 2-7.
Make sure the machine is ready to send, and specify the destination.
To specify the next destination using the numeric keys:
Enter the destination number using
specify the next destination.
(Clear), and press "Coded

(numeric keys)
press "Next"
