Checking and Changing the Status of
Sending Jobs
This section gives an explanation to check and change fax jobs. Please read Chapter 2
'Checking Job and Device Status' in the Reference Guide as well.

Canceling Transmission

You can cancel the transmission of a job after it has been scanned, while it is being sent, or
when it is ready to be sent.

If you want to cancel sending while an original is being scanned, press "Cancel" on the touch panel
display or press

(Stop) on the control panel.
Press "System Monitor," and press "Fax."
Select "TX Job Status."
