6-20 Setting Fax Management
Call up the desired screen as follows:

When a Department ID and password are set, enter them after pressing "System Settings,"
and press (ID).
Enter the RX password using
"OK."
You can store a receiving password of up to 20 digits in numbers, #, ∗, and spaces.
To enter a space, press "Space."
To delete the character immediately in front of the cursor, press "Backspace."

The specified mode is set.
Press "Done" repeatedly until the Fax Basic Features screen appears.
