3.16 BARD DISK FORMAT
There are two types of hard disk formatting:
1. Physical formatting
2. Loqical formatting
This proqram is for physical formatting of the hard
disk~
it can
execute the following items.
1. All track FORMAT
2. Good track FORMAT
3. Bad track FORMAT
4.
Bad track CHECK
Rote: Execution of the program cannot be performed unless the
HOD switch is on.
CA~ION:
The contents of the hard disk will be erased when this
program is run. Before running the program, transfer
the contents of the hard disk on to a floppy disk. This
can be done with the MS-OOS BACKUP command.
