Sets or returns the real-time clock time, from midnight, in the form hhmmss, where:
hh = hours, from 00 to 23
mm = minutes, from 00 to 59
ss = seconds, from 00 to 59
Example (time = 23 hours, 12 minutes and 59 seconds since midnight): <1/TIM=231259'cr'

Query only.
Returns the temperatures of the Heatsink in the form of sxxxx, where:
s = sign (+) or (-)
xxxx = temperature.
