5.3 Page- and Record-oriented DJDEs

5.3.1 Page-oriented DJDEs

Page-oriented DJDEs change specific pages within a report and can change these pages
differently in different copies. Such parameters may be placed within the report itself and
take effect at the next page boundary. They may also appear at report boundaries to effect
changes on all pages of a report (or report-ply).

This command is unsupported and will initiate a CONTINUE / ABORT for the
processing.
vpos
Specifies a decimal number with up to three digits to the right of the decimal
point and an optional keyword specifying positioning units. Units may be IN
(inches), CM (centimeters), DOTS (1/300 of an inch).
For example, 0.563 IN and 2.35 CM are all legal specifications.
hpos
Specifies the horizontal position of the first character of the first print line on
the logical page (in IN, CM, DOTS as for vpos). All specifications are rounded
to the nearest dot (1/300 of an inch) for positioning of the logical page.
form-id
Specifies a file name which exists on disk. form-id may be the keyword NONE,
which means that no form is to be added to the associated report page of vari-
able data.
init
Specifies the beginning ply number to which a specified form applies. This de-
faults to the first or next copy.
copies
Specifies the number of plies (passes) to which a specified form applies.
inkref
Identifies the inks that override the corresponding inks specified in the ink list
of the form. If the form does not contain an ink list, the form is printed in black.
If one inkref in the ink list is omitted, commas must be used to maintain the rel-
ative positioning of the remaining ink references. If more inkrefs are specified
than contained in the ink list of the form, the extra inkrefs are ingnored.Inkrefs
may be entered as ink names or as numeric ink indices using an inklist speci-
fied by an DJDE-ILIST command or the JSL-IDR ILIST parameter which is ref-
erenced by an JSL-OUTPUT IDR parameter or the DJDE-IDR command.
Only references to primary colours are allowed.
