To change the display time for the "The job is accepted." screen
("Notification Screen" function)
The length of time that the "The job is accepted." screen, which requests
confirmation of a reception number or job ID after copying is finished, can
be specified.

Press the [ACCESSIBILITY] key in the control panel.

Touch [NOTIFICATION SCREEN].

Select the desired time setting.
H Touch [3 SEC.], [10 SEC.] or [60
SEC.].
H To leave the "The job is
accepted." screen displayed
until [ENTER] is touched, touch
[NO LIMIT].

Touch [ENTER].
To change the volume of touch panel beeps and alarms ("Sound
Setting" function)
The volumes of the beep that is sounded when a touch panel button is
touched and of the alarm that is sounded when a malfunction occurs can
be specified. During normal usage, a low volume is specified, however
this function is convenient when a temporary increase in volume is
desired. Basic volume setting can be set in User Management.

Press the [ACCESSIBILITY] key in the control panel.

Touch [SOUND SETTING].

Select the desired volume setting.

Touch [ENTER].
